Le Minh Hoang GK Sports Return & Exchange Policy

Changed your mind? We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or non-defective merchandise purchased on leminhoanggksports.com for return or exchange.

Return Period:
Le Minh Hoang GK Sports accepts returns within 15 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If the return is received after 15 days, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your total amount.

Refund Process

Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags unbroken. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Returns after 15 days will only qualify for store credit.

Change of Mind or Sizing Issue

For returns due to sizing issues or change of mind, a 20% restocking fee will apply for a full refund.

  • After 15 days, only store credit will be issued.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or reimburse return shipping charges. A replacement item will be sent to you free of charge.

When Will I Be Refunded?

Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days after we receive the returned parcel. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • For items over $100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Exchange Policy

Ordered the wrong size or color? No problem!

  • Exchanges for the same item in a different size or color will have free return shipping and free shipping for the new item (domestic orders only).

  • International customers should contact us at leminhhoanggksports@gmail.com.

Important: Products must be returned within 15 days after delivery to qualify for a free exchange. After this period, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, and returns for refunds or exchanges will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom size products (special orders)

  • Personalized items

  • Bondage items/clothing
